Since 1983

We introduce ourselves as one of the oldest industrialists of Bhopal having business experience of over 75 years. Our family’s business experience ranges from production of gelatin & leather to development of real estate. We own a large estate of about 500,000 sq ft of land at Jinsi which lies in the heart of the present Bhopal city and logistically one of the most prime locations with the famous DB Mall and MP Nagar at just a minute’s drive.

The Jinsi estate is where the old factory was initially set up in 1943 for making glue and industrial gelatin when this location was considered to be out of town. By the year 2000, the city had expanded putting the Jinsi factory in the middle of the city wherein we were forced to shut down production in 2002 due to environmental reasons. However in 1983 we set up another manufacturing plant of edible gelatin, at village Pilukhedhi, Rajgarh District, MP, 40 kms from the Bhopal city.

Being the owner of this prime property at Jinsi, we have now ourselves ventured into the automobile industry with the introduction of Variety Motors, Bhopal’s first multi-brand showroom as well as a multi- brand workshop. The showroom is a spacious 7000 sq ft of area, showcasing all types and brands of cars ranging from Maruti Suzuki, Tata, and Toyota to Skoda, Volkswagen, Mercedes and more. In addition to this a second showroom has been set up where we are selling compliments to cars which includes anything a car owner may wish to buy ranging from spares, oil, coolant, tires to accessories and enhancements and performance additions.
